Registration Notices Drop-Down Menu

• Ensure the correct registration term has been selected from the drop-down menu above your photo
• Select the Registration Notices drop-down menu on the right side
• If you have been assigned a time ticket, the dates and times of the registration periods will display. For undergraduate registration, time tickets are not assigned until right before the cart-building phase of registration opens
• If you have not yet been assigned a time ticket, the drop-down menu will indicate "Not Provided - Time Ticket is required to register."
• For Undergraduate students: the first registration period listed for your Fall and Spring time tickets is AFTER cart building ends. Review the When to Register page for clearer information regarding registration periods

View Your Schedules & Prepare to Register

• Select the View Your Schedules & Prepare to Register link in the Additional Links menu under your photo
• Select the Prepare for Registration link
• Select the registration term from the drop-down menu, then press Continue. Only terms open for registration will be available to select; past terms will not display
• If you have been assigned a time ticket, the dates and times of the registration periods will display in a blue box. For undergraduate registration, time tickets are not assigned until right before the cart-building phase of registration opens
• If you have not yet been assigned a time ticket, no blue box will appear
• For Undergraduate students: the first registration period listed for your Fall and Spring time tickets is AFTER cart building ends. Review the When to Register page for clearer information regarding registration periods

• Select the Holds drop-down menu from the right side
• If you have an active hold, the name of the office, the contact phone number, and a brief reason will be available. Only the office that placed the hold can remove it
• If you have no holds, the drop-down menu will indicate "There are no holds to be displayed."

Remember to review and clear your holds before registration!

• Select the View Your Schedules & Prepare to Register link in the Additional Links menu under your photo
• Select the Prepare for Registration link
• Select the registration term from the drop-down menu, then select Continue. Only terms open for registration will be available to select; past terms will not display
• Registration overrides will display in the Permit Override section. If this section does not appear, you have not yet been awarded any overrides

Your course schedule is available in multiple locations:

• Student Profile main page: Registered Courses (based on the term selected above your photo)
• View Your Schedules & Prepare to Register > View Registration Information section (quickly navigate through past and present schedules)
• Within your Primary Cart in PATH for the term selected

Final Grades

• Select the View Grades link in the Additional Links menu under your photo
• Use the term drop-down menu to select a specific term or all terms
• Use the Course Level drop-down menu to select the level
• Your courses will display in a table format
• Final grades appear in the Final Grade column
  • Final grades are also available on your Banner unofficial transcript
• Final grades will also display in Degree Works, but Banner is the official student record

Midterm Grades (Undergraduate Students Only)

Midterm grades are issues for acceptable (AC), marginal (MR), or unsatisfactory (UN) performance by undergraduates.

• Select the View Grades link in the Additional Links menu under your photo
• Use the term drop-down menu to select a specific term or all terms
• Use the Course Level drop-down menu to select the level
• Your courses will display in a table format
• Midterm grades appear in the Midterm Grade column
• Midterm grades will also appear in Degree Works, but Banner is the official student record

• Select the Unofficial William & Mary Academic Transcript link in the Additional Links menu under your photo
• Use the Transcript Level drop-down menu to select the level
• Use the Transcript Type drop-down menu to select Web Self-Service
• Select the Submit Button
• Your unofficial transcript will display in your browser window
• Use the Print icon on the right side to save a PDF of your unofficial transcript
