Step 1: Registration Period 1

Build Your Cart & Set Your Registration Priorities (July)

  • Primary cart available: Wednesday, July 15 at 12:00 p.m. - Wednesday, July 22 at 12:00 p.m.
  • Set your course selections, alternatives, and registration priorities
  • Schedules will be available to view in the afternoon of July 27 
  • Credit limits:
    • Most first-year students may be registered in up to 11 credit hours
    • Transfer students may be registered in up to 16 credit hours

Add/Drop Period (July)

If you wish, you may make changes to your schedule during this time.

  • Tuesday, July 28 (start times below) - Sunday, August 2 at 11:59 p.m.
    • Transfer registration opens at 11:00 a.m.
    • First-year student registration opens at 12:00 p.m.
  • Register for courses in real-time in PATH
    • This registration event does not include setting registration priorities
  • First-year and transfer students may register for up to 16 credit hours
  • How To: Add, Drop, & Withdraw

Step 2: Meet With Your Faculty Advisor (Orientation)

  • During orientation, your faculty advisor will reach out to you to set up your first meeting

Step 3: Registration Period 2 (August)

Step 4: Final Add/Drop Period

  • Tuesday, August 25 at 1:00 p.m. - Friday, September 4 at 11:59 p.m.
  • Most students may register for up to 18 credit hours
  • Register for courses in real-time in PATH
  • After Friday, September 4, at 11:59 p.m., you will be unable to add or drop courses from your schedule

Overrides

If you received an override from an instructor, you must add the class before midnight Friday, September 4. You can view overrides posted by instructors in your Banner Student Profile within the View Your Schedules and Prepare to Register link. Please note that instructors cannot register you for classes. For more information about overrides and how to view them, visit the Overrides page.

Withdrawals

Beginning September 5, you must withdraw from a course to remove it from your schedule. A withdrawal will result in a grade of "W" on your academic record for that course. A withdrawal to an underload (fewer than 12 earned hours) is not permitted without an appeal to the Committee on Academic Status.

Tuition and Fees

Tuition and fees are due and payable by the due date as established by the Bursar's Office.
