Actualized Leadership Program
This training has been established to help faculty develop resilient, self-aware leadership by exploring individual leadership styles and their corresponding "shadows" under stress, enabling clearer, more confident decision-making in academic settings. Faculty will learn to stay grounded amid uncertainty, inspire loyalty and positively shape departmental and institutional culture even under pressure. Faculty will also learn practical skills for addressing difficult conversations, including using executive coaching to improve collaboration, take the sting out of feedback, and develop others' confidence.
The training is offered remotely, on these dates:
- October 14, 12 to 2:00 pm
- October 26, 12 to 1:15 pm
- November 9, 12 to 1:15 pm
Interested in the program? Apply through this form by October 1.
