Leadership Where You Stand: A Virtual Leadership Series
Leadership Where You Stand is a short, high-impact virtual series designed for faculty and staff who want space to reflect, connect, and grow as leaders in the roles they already hold. Through facilitated conversation and guided small-group work, participants explore what it means to lead with clarity, integrity, and purpose, without relying on formal authority or title.
The series meets for five one-hour Zoom sessions from 12:00–1:00 p.m. (bring-your-lunch welcome). Each session introduces a core leadership theme, followed by structured breakout discussions and full-group reflection that connect leadership ideas directly to participants’ lived experiences and professional contexts.

Leadership Where You Stand is designed to complement, not replicate, the Exploring Leadership program. While Exploring Leadership offers a deeper, cohort-based experience over time, this virtual series provides a focused, accessible entry point into core leadership concepts through reflection and dialogue. It is especially well-suited for those who applied to Exploring Leadership but were unable to be accommodated this cycle, while remaining open and valuable to anyone across the university, including those currently participating in or who have completed Exploring Leadership in the past.
