Minoring in Biology

Core Course Requirements

The Biology minor requires 21 credits, including the core requirement of these courses:

• BIOL 203/203L: Introduction to Molecules, Cells, Development and its lab course  
• BIOL 204/204L: Introduction to Organisms, Ecology, Evolution and its lab course

Elective Credits and Exclusions

The remaining credits may be completed by taking any additional 300-400 level biology courses except BIOL 303 or BIOL 403. 100-level biology courses are not applicable toward the minimum requirements.
