Group Therapy Screener
Research shows that group therapy can be just as effective as individual therapy, especially for social anxiety and interpersonal concerns. Guided by our clinicians, small groups meet weekly to share experiences and work through common challenges.

For urgent or time-sensitive concerns, urgent appointments are available at the Counseling Center on Monday through Friday between 8AM-12PM and 1PM-5PM
