Studio Reservation Policies
Studio Reservations:
Reservation Requests:
- All studio reservation requests must be submitted at least 5 business days in advance. Requests received with less than 5 days’ notice may not receive a response or confirmation.
- To maintain fair access to the studio for all patrons, we reserve the right to adjust or cancel certain reservations when an individual or organization has made multiple or recurring bookings that occupy a substantial portion of the schedule. This includes both ongoing recurring appointments and multiple individual requests made in advance. In such cases, we may reallocate time to other parties seeking access to the space. When these adjustments are necessary, we will provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to any cancellation.
- Studio reservations may be relocated or rescheduled if a Campus Recreation event arises. Events hosted by Campus Recreation take priority over private reservations.
To place a studio reservation: Navigate to the studio reservation page, click "VIEW FACILITY IN CALENDAR" for the studios' availability, then click "Reserve this facility" to submit the request.
