RESOLVED, The Human Ethics product within SPARCS is experiencing some delays and loading issues. A ticket has been submitted to the vendor, Cayuse, to investigate.

The Human Ethics initial and renewal form were updated. Changes to the forms are described below.

RESOLVED, 04/23/25. The Human Ethics Portal is currently down as of 4 PM today, April 22. A ticket has been submitted to Cayuse and the team is aware and working on a solution.

To ensure W&M is in compliance with the NIH, the meeting schedule of the IBC has been updated. Please see below for the new requirements by PIs to ensure compliance with the NIH.
