Users may have to clear their cache/cookies in order to gain access to the browser again. Private browser may also allow access to the platform. If error is still appearing, please email researchcompliance@wm.edu with a screenshot of the error message.
9:30 AM, SSO Under Repair; Affecting SPARCS Access
Currently, SPARCS is inaccessible due to the update to the SSO system. IT is aware and investigating the issue. No users have access to the system at this time.

The sign-on change goes into effect for Central Authentication Service SSO used for most third-party W&M provided software services to the Microsoft login used by Outlook, Teams and OneDrive.
