Partnerships with Industries
Connecting cutting-edge researchers with forward-thinking companies to drive innovation through collaboration, the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) at W&M bridges the gap between academic insight and industrial scale, translating breakthrough science into real-world applications. Faculty are invited to explore the open opportunities below to see how their research can address pressing industry needs.
They are encouraged to connect with OSP early in the process – before approaching potential sponsors – to ensure that proposals are developed through proper institutional channels. Once a partnership is established, OSP handles the full sponsored programs lifecycle, expertly reviewing and approving proposals, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
