The transcript is the complete record of all academic work attempted at William & Mary, regardless of degree-seeking status or program level.
The university does not provide official transcripts that segregate individual courses, schools, terms or levels.
Requests for transcripts are typically processed within three to five business days. Additional time is required for requests of student records prior to 1986 and for requests made at the end of the semester.
All fines, fees, and most holds must be cleared from a student's account before a transcript will be released. The 1988 Virginia Debt Collection Act, Section 2.1-735, prohibits release of transcripts to any individual who owes a past due debt to a state agency.
