Our online help chat will be unavailable starting at 5:00pm on May 11 as we transition to a new ticketing system. We expect this outage to last a couple of weeks.

In the meantime, please contact us by email at support@wm.edu or call 757-221-HELP. Our team is available Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and will be happy to assist you.
