Cancel a Reservation in EMS

1. Connect to EMS at reservations.wm.edu.
2. Select the My Events tab to view current and past reservations.
3. In the Name column, select the reservation you would like to cancel.
4. To the left of the reservation, click the red "X".
5. Select a Cancellation Reason. Notes are not required.
6. Click Cancel Booking.
7. You will receive a notification that the booking was canceled and it will be noted under the Status column of the reservation.
