  2. Bray School lab research published and exhibition open
  3. Competency-based faculty hiring in all schools highlights the need for expertise in inclusive teaching
  4. In process: “Next Level Global” concept under development as part of the next strategic plan

Increase the cultural competencies of faculty and staff

Strategies 2025

  1. Expand the expertise and awareness of faculty and staff of the needs of students with disabilities (physical disabilities and neurodiversity)
    • Develop student-created best practice tutorials
  2. Rekindle and model civil discourse, convening disparate views to advance democratic value
  3. Engage faculty, staff and students on specific topics around democracy and civics
  4. Expand opportunities for global learning that reduce student cost and increase accessibility of study abroad

  2. Inclusive teaching practices are embedded in STLI training materials and experiences for faculty
