All presenters must register by no later than January 30, 2026 using this form: GRS Presenter Registration. This form asks presenters to provide information to be used on Symposium name tags and requests you submit a short biography for inclusion in the program.

Attendees and Volunteers

The Symposium is free and open to the public and we encourage our community to attend! There is no need for non-presenting attendees and volunteers to register.

Guest Wireless Network Access

William & Mary is part of eduroam! The eduroam wireless network provides secure Internet service for the academic community, both at your home institution and when you travel to other participating eduroam institutions.

Visitors to campus who are not already part of the eduroam network can open up a web browser, and be automatically directed to the network authentication page (connect.wm.edu). Click “I'm a guest/conference attendee” and follow the directions.
