About Tyler
Tyler Wilson serves as the Senior Program Manager at the William & Mary Washington Center, where he oversees the Center’s three internship-bearing, applied learning programs: the D.C. Summer Institutes (DCSI), D.C. Semester Program (DCSP), and Global Scholars Program (GSP), a partnership with William & Mary’s Global Research Institute. In addition to supporting these programs, Tyler manages the Modern Leadership continuing education course and serves as an instructor for summer courses within the Center's programming efforts.
Tyler joined the Washington Center team in May 2021 and brings a background rooted in student development, experiential education, and civic engagement. Prior to joining William & Mary, he spent nearly three years as a traveling consultant and educational trainer in Fraternity & Sorority Life, supporting student leadership and organizational development across the country.
Originally from southern Georgia, Tyler earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University and his Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Auburn University.
