Graphic Design & Branding

The university Web & Design office is staffed with a team of professional designers who have a knack for making things beautiful. Their team produces custom artwork for dozens of compelling communications projects every year. Their design and consultation services are free to university departments and schools, but note that significant lead time is required, especially during busy times of the year.

Emails

Email listservs

  • Read more about internal listservs at W&M.
  • The Digest for Faculty of Arts & Sciences listserv (fas-d) is an automatic listserv for all faculty of the College of Arts & Sciences. It is designed as a tool for communicating information and should not be used as a forum for expressive activity. The Arts & Sciences communications team coordinates a calendar of messages to the fas-d listserv to prevent email overlap and reduce email fatigue. We recommend reaching out to aschaefer@wm.edu if you have a message you wish to send to this listserv to coordinate the timing of your message.

Communicating with Alumni

  • For department chairs, program directors and their administrators: alumni email listservs are maintained and provided by University Advancement. If you have questions about your alumni list, contact as-development@wm.edu.
