UHR is excited to introduce the Manager Insights Hub, a new dashboard now available in Workday designed to streamline key management tasks.

With this feature, managers can easily:

• Review, edit, and approve direct reports’ time and absences
• Monitor and track the progress of job requisitions
• View, update, and create performance-related tasks, such as goals and check-ins
• Access employee details, including compensation, job profiles, and time in position
• Quickly access frequently used reports

There are two menu options on the Workday home page:

• From Menu: Navigate to Team → Manager Insights Hub

• From the menu icon toolbar: Hover over Team and select Manager Insights Hub

Please note that your icons may appear differently depending on your level of access in Workday.
