We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of two new dashboards in Workday, designed to make managing employee time and absences easier than ever before. Launching March 4, this enhancement is the result of ongoing collaboration between University Human Resources, Payroll and Student Employment, who listened to valuable feedback from our community—specifically, requests for better visibility into time-off balances for managers. Thanks to the dedication of our teams, we’ve implemented an effective solution that streamlines workflows and improves the overall Workday experience.  

To help you make the most of these new features, job aids are currently being developed and will be available soon. These resources will provide step-by-step guidance for navigating and using the dashboards effectively. 

As we continue to optimize and enhance Workday, we remain committed to supporting managers and employees alike on their journey toward greater efficiency and satisfaction. 

Time Scheduling Hub  

To find the dashboard, managers should go to the main Workday menu and look for the "Team" section. Under "Team," select "Time Scheduling Hub" to easily access all scheduling features in one place.
