William & Mary has initiated a long-term, comprehensive plan to modernize and revitalize its residential and dining facilities. The project, which aligns with the goals of Vision 2026, spans three phases to address aging residence and dining halls and ensure they advance the integration of living and learning on campus.

The West Woods design shapes a welcoming, residential-scaled village within a highly dense neighborhood in a five-building complex. The plan includes four residential buildings and a dining pavilion.
Part of Phase 2, the Randolph Complex will be replaced with a new residential development that includes approximately 450 beds in a mix of traditional and semi-suite units.
