W&M Joins Blackboard’s Fix Your Content Day
Every Fix Counts!
November 18, 2025
On November 18, campuses worldwide will compete in a 24-hour competition and use Blackboard Ally to find and fix accessibility issues in course files such as PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and images. The institution that improves the most files by the end of the day will receive two prizes: win the competition AND provide students clearer and more inclusive content.

Where to Join the Action
We’ll be hosting Fix Your Content Day events both in person and online! Faculty and staff can drop in at the Ford Classroom (Swem Library), Jones 203 or the School of Education for hands-on help and quick accessibility tune-ups. Prefer to participate remotely? Join us virtually via Teams for expert-led sessions and live support throughout the day.
