Digital Accessibility Policy
William & Mary is committed to providing equitable access to its digital content, technologies and communications in alignment with the university’s values of inclusion and academic excellence. The Digital Accessibility Policy establishes requirements consistent with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA and relevant federal and state regulations.
It outlines the responsibilities of faculty, staff and third-party vendors in ensuring that all electronic information, including websites, instructional materials, software and digital documents, is accessible to individuals with disabilities. The policy reflects the university’s ongoing dedication to fostering an inclusive digital environment for the entire campus community.

Digital Accessibility Standards (In Progress)
William & Mary recognizes that achieving full digital accessibility is an ongoing process. While we are actively working to ensure that all digital content and technologies meet accessibility standards, some areas may still be in progress.
We appreciate your patience and support as we continue to identify, address and improve accessibility across our platforms. Our commitment remains firm: to build a more inclusive digital environment for every member of our community.
