What is a Wellness Mindset?

A wellness mindset is a general attitude, belief, and/or a typical way of thinking with wellness in mind.
It is an approach that requires attention and intention. It's about being intentional in what we do, and requires us to be mindful of our behaviors. It is moving our behavior to be more health-directed than health-related.

Health-directed behaviors are intentional and aimed at improving/maintaining our health and wellness, and have a goal.
Health-related behaviors are actions that impact or influence our health and wellness, but are not undertaken with a primary goal of improving our health and wellness; the influence on one's health is a byproduct of other activities.

Shifting your mindset to health-directed behaviors may be challenging, but the key is intent. 
In short, whatever you do, "Do it for the Well of it".
