Wellness Mindset Alcohol, Cannabis, & Sexual Violence +
William & Mary is proud to offer Wellness Mindset Alcohol, Cannabis, Sexual Violence Prevention plus (WMACS+) as a component of its Alcohol and Sexual Violence Prevention Programming. All incoming undergraduates are required to complete the WMACS+ modules. Chances are that all students will make choices about alcohol, drugs, and relationships at some point during college. For this reason, William & Mary is pleased to offer the Wellness Mindset Alcohol, Cannabis, SVP plus program. Whether you drink alcohol or not, use cannabis or not, or feel like you know all about relationships, these modules will empower you to make well-informed decisions and to better assist your peers throughout your college career and your life.
All new students who have accepted an offer of admission and made a tuition deposit will be enrolled into the online Blackboard course. This course contains four modules (i.e., alcohol, cannabis, SVP, & I Can I Will bystander intervention) provided by W&M Health & Wellness the course also human trafficking information.
These modules can be completed all at once or over different sessions. There is an assessment which students must pass with 80% or better to be considered complete. Once you are logged into Blackboard with your W&M credentials you can access each module under.
