How do I give feedback?
There are several avenues for patients to provide feedback regarding health services. You may choose to speak to the staff member providing care; the director; the health educator or office manager. You also have the option of sending an email to the Student Health Center (firstname.lastname@example.org), telephoning the provider or director (757-221-4386), putting your suggestions in the suggestion box located in the lobby, or submitting your comments online using our online feedback form.
