As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best available healthcare, in the safest setting, we implemented strategies to facilitate flow and better accommodate patients while being mindful of state and CDC guidelines.
All appointments will be scheduled, there will be no walk-in visits with the exception of acute trauma which will be triaged accordingly. Whenever possible, telephonic appointments will be offered to effectively treat those who need not be seen physically. The nature of the complaint and patient preference will be the determining factors when considering telemedicine.
Education will be at the heart of every patient encounter. We will partner with patients to make sure that we are each doing our part to maintain the safest campus community possible.
