M.S. Athletic Training - Bridgewater College

Mel joined William & Mary as an employee in September 2026 through VCU Health Sports Medicine. She earned her two degrees at Bridgewater College by combining her final undergrad year with her first graduate year to save time, money, and her mental health. At Campus Recreation, Mel intends to keep you active while advocating for your health by evaluating, providing treatment, and reducing injury risk.

Mel is from Bridgewater, Virginia, near JMU, but now resides in Seaford with her boyfriend and two oversized cats. Her hobbies include crocheting, couch potatoing, and yelling at refs and announcers during sports games. Mel has a newfound love for William & Mary as she worked with Athletics as a student and is now the William & Mary Men's soccer and Women's Basketball teams' #1 fan.
