Discover and develop the skills you need through a personalized learning experience. Sharpen your professional skills in leadership, communication, digital applications, and more. Topics cover a wide range of business, creative and technical topics, from leadership “soft skills” to design principles to programming.

You can access LinkedIn Learning from your Workday homepage:

1. Hover over "Personal" and select "Learning"
2. Click "Discover" or the compass icon
3. Choose to browse the catalog or by learning topic
4. Find a learning via the Search textbox located under "Browse Learning Content" or with the facets on the left side of the page

You do not need a LinkedIn account to access LinkedIn Learning training.
