A primary goal of University Human Resources is to attract and retain top talent to achieve William & Mary's vision and mission. As a manager, you can help achieve this goal by following appropriate recruitment and hiring guidelines.

The Recruitment & Selection section of the website provides an overview of the process. The Talent  Team is available to assist and answer your questions each step of the way.

With the exception of students, the recruitment and selection of employees requires hiring officials to begin the process with an approved position description in Workday, the university's online position management and recruitment system.
