What are Check-In Conversations?
The university utilizes Check-In Conversations as an approach to enhance performance evaluations for staff. The goal of these conversations is to have open, honest, and constructive dialogue about each individual’s contributions at work. These conversations aim to reflect upon and learn from past efforts; discuss current priorities; and aspire to and plan for the future. The process focuses on two-way discussions related to work performance and the staff member’s professional well-being and development.
