Resources and Opportunities to Support Organization Success

Organization Success Coaching Program

The Office of Student Leadership Development offers an opportunity for recognized student organizations to participate in a program designed to help elevate the organization.  Through this program, leaders will meet with a designated coach from Student Leadership Development to discuss self-identified "Areas of Focus" and develop a customized action plan designed to address those "Areas of Focus." 

What Does Participation In This Program Look Like?
  • Organizations selected to participate will be expected to meet at least twice a semester with their assigned coach to review and discuss progress on their action plan.
  • The program may last one or two semesters (depending on the complexity of the action plan)
  • The organization and its leaders will have to put some work into the action plan outside of those scheduled meetings with their coach.
