New Student Orientation Schedules
Come prepared.
Orientation is a busy time for incoming students. Between moving into your new home and acclimating yourself to our campus life, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Take some time to review the general 2026 Orientation below to get a sense of what content you can expect this August.
- For new residential students, community building activities will begin Thursday evening after your move-in.
- New commuter students should plan to participate on-campus beginning the morning of Friday, August 21 through Tuesday, August 25.
Class of 2030 First-Time-In-College StudentsOur orientation schedule is the best of all worlds: it's academic, it's social, and it's unique — just like our university. Community is a big part of how we do orientation and you go through the experience alongside those in your residential community. This means that while everyone gains exposure to the same content and information, each residence hall will have its own unique schedule of events. Stay tuned as those intricate schedule are still under construction! |
