09.10.25: RESOLVED, CITI and SPARCS Sync Issue

[RESOLVED] SPARCS (Cayuse) is experiencing an issue with data for new & current users for CITI trainings uploading into the SPARCS system.

When will the issue be repaired?

Cayuse support is currently investigating the issue, but has provided no timeline for when it will be repaired.

What does this mean for researchers?

For Human Ethics users: W&M researchers will not be able to view the most up-to-date versions of other research personnel when adding them to protocols. Investigators will need to check directly with the team members to ensure they have completed the correct trainings. 

W&M investigators still do not have to attach CITI trainings of W&M personnel to the protocol as the analysts are able to access CITI to see the full list of completed trainings.
