Resources for Members of the LGBTQ+ Community
- TrevorLifeline for LGBTQ Youth
- You’ll be connected to a Trevor counselor who is understanding of LGBTQ issues and won’t judge you. Your conversation will be anonymous, and you can share as much or as little as you like.

- Mission is to facilitate recovery and resiliency of individuals and families affected by mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders.

- Counseling provided by doctoral and master’s students under the supervision of faculty or doctoral students.
- W&M Health & Wellness Counseling Center (W&M Students only)
- Offers a range of mental health services to students wanting help with personal concerns. Free for full-time students.
- W&M Employee Assistance Program (W&M Employees only)
- EAP counselors are available to assist employees with problems related to addictions (alcohol, drugs, gambling), health, finances, housing, childcare, elder care, spousal/child/parent abuse, workplace, retirement, family, legal, mental health, grief, or career planning.
