Are you leaving William & Mary? We are sad to see you go, but excited for the adventure that lies ahead of you. With this move, comes a lot of questions about what happens next. While we don't know where your next steps may take you, we can tell you what will happen with your access to W&M IT services after you leave the university.
(This list applies to anyone who has recently departed W&M and alumni that graduated after 2007. If you graduated prior to 2007, contact the Technology Support Center for details.)
If you had a degree conferred from the university, you will continue to have access to your WMApps account. This applies to all WMApps services, such as email and Google Drive.
Note: WMApps has moved to CAS Single Sign-On. Your WMuserid password must be updated annually to maintain access to web-based services. Find details on the WMApps - New CAS Login announcement.
If you are leaving the university without a degree, will have access to your WMApps account for 8 months after your last class.
