Program Manager for Capacity Engagement

This Program Manager will work closely with the Director for Capacity Engagement (Dr. Alli Sabo) to support the leadership and professional capacity engagement programs of the IIC (https://lnkd.in/eVbkmfUd). These include the Conservation Catalyst (for emerging conservation leaders), the Mindful Leadership Experience (for established leaders), as well as other programming that may evolve in this area. In addition, we expect the person in this position to lead the teaching of one undergraduate course per year, focusing on leadership development and professional skills for students.

We intend to begin reviewing applications in mid-January and are looking for someone to start the position in Spring 2026.
