Summary

The standard business mileage rate for travel expenses has changed effective January 1, 2025.

The standard business mileage rate for Travel expenses has changed. Beginning on January 1, 2025, the standard mileage rates are:

70 cents per mile for business miles driven
21 cents per mile for GSA Private Owned Vehicle Rates (decreased from 0.246 fleet rate previously)

The rates have increased from the 2024 rates. We will begin to apply this rule for all Travel commencing on January 1, 2025.
