Financial Responsibility Agreement
Financial institutions, including the financial departments of colleges and universities, are required by federal laws to be transparent with their policies, procedures and requirements. Our main goal is to help students understand their education costs and financial responsibilities within the framework of W&M's financial protocols. This commitment to transparency ensures that students are well-informed about their financial responsibilities, fostering a sense of clarity and accountability.
For this reason, all W&M students are required to accept the Financial Responsibility Agreement (FRA) annually. Signing this agreement is your acknowledgment of the financial obligations related to enrolling in classes and your understanding of the potential consequences that may result by failing to meet those obligations.
If you do not sign your agreement, your access to W&M services will be restricted, preventing class registration, and imposing an administrative hold on your student account.
