Form W-4 Instructions

For instructions on completing Form W-4, please refer to Changes to the 2020 Form W-4 found
on the Payroll webpage.

1. Access Workday by visiting myW&M and selecting the Workday icon. 
2. From the Workday homepage, click Menu in the top left, select Pay from the menu.
3. Select the Withholding Elections button in the center of the page to access both W-4 and VA-4 in one location. 

4. To update your tax forms, click the Update button at the bottom of the Federal Elections or State Elections tabs.
