Please note that the process to complete a VA-4 has changed significantly and the DocuSign form has been retired as of July 1st 2025. 

VA-4 Directions

1. Access Workday by visiting myW&M and selecting the Workday icon. 
2. From the Workday homepage, click Menu in the top left, select Pay from the menu.
3. Select the Withholding Elections button in the center of the page to access both W-4 and VA-4 in one location. 
4. To update your tax forms, click the Update button at the bottom of the Federal Elections or State Elections tabs.
