Short-Term Housing
Hotel Information
There is no residency requirement for the D.C. Winter Seminars, but the W&M Washington Center reserves hotel rooms for students to stay in during the Winter Seminars.
Some amenities may include, but are not guaranteed or limited to:
- Fitness center
- Wifi included
- Daily housekeeping services
- Multiple lobby and gathering spaces
- On-site restaurant (a la carte; restricted from room charges)
- On-site bodega (a la carte; restricted from room charges)
- Rooftop venue (a la carte; restricted from room charges)
Parking
Parking is not available through the W&M Washington Center. Students are encouraged to not bring their vehicles into the city, but those who choose to do so are expected to pay on their own at the hotel.
Cost
The rate for those who choose to stay in W&M-sponsored short-term housing is fluid but averages around $1,000 for a double and $2,000 for a single. The housing cost is subject to change based on market availability.
