An Annual Gathering of Leaders

Once you've completed the Modern Leadership course, you’ll gain ongoing access to an exclusive annual in-person event—every year, for life! This dynamic experience alternates between the W&M Washington Center in D.C. and William & Mary’s main campus in Williamsburg, VA.

At this event, you'll hear from inspiring speakers (possibly one you've heard from in the course), dive into an interactive workshop, and connect with fellow leaders at a networking reception. It's the perfect opportunity to deepen your leadership skills, engage with the latest ideas, and expand your professional network.

Mark your calendar! The first-ever event will take place on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the W&M in Williamsburg, VA (exact location TBA) on W&M's campus.

Upon completing of the Modern Leadership course, you will be invited to join an online community of individuals who are with you on this journey of personal and professional development.

You will join leaders who completed this course in the past, are currently enrolled, and will continue to evolve and grow with each new participant who chooses to embark on this journey.
