Don is from Cleveland, Ohio and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Bowling Green State University and Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University. Don has been at William & Mary since 2010, when he filled the newly-created role of STEM liaison, and in the career development field for over 20 years. He held previous positions in the career centers at Kent State University and University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Before transitioning into higher education, Don worked in the radio industry for 10 years, with positions including on-air, music director, and operations manager. Don has enjoyed building the STEM community over the years, working with students, and developing collaborative relationships with faculty, alumni, parents, and employers.
