As Assistant Provost of Online Learning and Professional Education at William & Mary, Pam Suzadail partners with leadership across the university to coordinate mission, strategy, and growth in online and professional education. She brings deep expertise in online learning, adult education, and innovation, with a proven track record of launching high-impact programs in higher education.
Previously, as Associate Dean and Executive Director at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business, she founded and scaled a new unit that expanded access through online programs, offering one of the school's highest-ranked programs nationally. She has also held leadership roles at Syracuse University and brings international program experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, offering a global, entrepreneurial perspective on academic transformation.
Pam earned a BA in Art History & Archaeology from the University of Maryland, College Park, an MBA from Syracuse University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership at William & Mary. Her professional interests focus on educational policy, entrepreneurial universities, and aligning higher education with workforce needs.
