William & Mary, an agency in the Commonwealth of Virginia, is insured through the Commonwealth's Risk Management Plan. The Plan provides coverage anywhere that university business takes the faculty and staff.

Facilities Operations & Management
Facilities Operations & Maintenance activities include responding to routine service requests and emergencies, managing energy use, performing minor renovations and improvements, and landscaping maintenance. This is accomplished through four work groups:
