The Environmental Humanities Award

We recognize one student for their exceptional achievement in the areas of Environmental Humanities.

The Dennis Liberson Award for Academic Excellence in Environmental Policy

This award highlights the ongoing sustainability efforts of former BOV member Dennis Liberson, Economics major, class of 1978 by recognizing one student who truly excelled in the areas of Environmental Policy.

The Whitney Mayer Award for Academic Excellence in Environmental Science

We honor the memory of former ENSP student Whitney Mayer by recognizing one student each year who truly excelled in the areas of Environmental Science. 

The Joy Archer Research Award for Environmental Research

Joy Archer was a faculty member from 1968 to 1994, and was an avid naturalist and environmental activist. The award recognizes a student who has shown excellence in research through the inception, design, data collection and analysis/interpretation of an environmental project.

The Burns-Davis Service Award

This award is named after two environmental alums who were dedicated to environmental education and advocacy. We honor the memories of Lauren Burns and Anne Davis by recognizing the student who has shown significant, long-term commitment to and achievement in community outreach and service for the environment.
