To ensure the privacy of your information, all William & Mary students and parents will be required to provide a Passphrase before discussing specific details of a student record and the student's W&M ID number.

We follow the guidelines for financial aid professionals outlined by the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators.

Document Submission Options

Be sure to include the student's name, W&M ID number and Passphrase (parents and students will each have a unique passphrase) in all correspondence.

Online via Box

Box is the only option for online submission. For security reasons, we cannot accept documents that are submitted as email attachments.

In-Person Appointments

The Financial Aid Office will be unavailable for in-person appointments from June 10 through July 13 due to construction. During this time, our staff remains available to assist you via email at finaid@wm.edu or by phone at 757-221-2420

Please note that our anticipated return date is contingent upon the completion of construction. If construction extends beyond July 13, we will update our website and office signage with revised information.
