By the Numbers

On December 12th the project team came together to reflect upon and celebrate their accomplishments thus far in the project. During the event, the Workday Project Management Office gave an update on the project, including a “By the Numbers” presentation that highlighted the significant progress the team has made. The presentation included key metrics and milestones achieved, demonstrating the dedication and hard work of everyone involved in the project. As we move forward, it is important to remember the collective effort that has brought us this far. The upcoming months will be crucial as we finalize configurations and prepare for the next phases of implementation. 

Project Activities: 110 RAID items closed (70%), 115 Project tasks closed, 17 deliverables signed-off by W&M, 34 workbooks submitted 100%, 534 unit test scenarios tested, 483 business processes configured

Change Management: 3 newsletters sent, 104 change network members, 3800 people who receive each newsletter, 3/8 targeted town halls/planned, 2 readiness workshops completed

 

Project Logistics: 937 project meetings scheduled by PMO, >200 distinct project meeting participants, >7000 W&M hours spent in project meetings, >100 internal alignment tasks documented, 49 teams channels in project team

Technical Implementation: 36 integration designs completed, 500+ reports inventories, 15 integration sessions with third-party vendors, 30 report designs completed, 7 integrations ready for end-to-end testing (90% WP1), 174 banner secuirty classes mapped to workday roles, 63 tenant build tasks complete (89%), 1240 user & org secuirty classes reviewed.

Training: 1936 hours spent in training, 91 community accounts active, 384 training classes completed, 285 hours spent on training needs analysis and planning
