Opportunity Statements

William & Mary anticipates that good ideas will continue to emerge through the coming decade, and we seek to empower our community to pursue them. So, we are developing a concrete fframework that anyone on campus can use to propose initiatives aligned with the broad university imperatives. Each of the five key areas for planning — prospective student demand, research & innovation, academic excellence, alumni & graduate outcomes, and outstanding talent — can be framed as an opportunity statement:
