Primary responsibilities:
- Evaluate proposed amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws of the Staff Assembly.
- Interpret the Constitution and Bylaws and make recommendations as needed to the Staff Assembly.
- Revise and update the Constitution and Bylaws upon requisite approval.
